What “in development” means.

Status

As of October 2026, no property is open. “In development” means a site is under study or in discussion; it does not mean an agreement has been signed or a date set. We do not publish terms, counterparties, survey details or figures.

Structures

The first structures will be engineered modular structures on low-impact foundations, and the careful repair of heritage houses.
