- Guests know what to expect at every property. The stays brand is developed for Kerala; Bhargava Stays is the company behind it.
- Design and build
- A repeatable, low-impact way of building small.
- An operating platform
- Bookings, daily operations and procurement, run with people on the ground and AI assistance that never touches guest data in the cloud.
- Project funding
- Arranged for each property on its own, privately, through lenders and partners admitted to that property's own partnership. Money for one property is not lent to, shared with or secured against any other, and we do not take money from the public.
- Operations and training
- A standard operating model budgeted for the whole term, and coaching so the operator-partner can stand on their own.
- A network
- Engineers, makers of structures, energy and waste specialists, and sister platforms for listing and plot analysis.
Five rules we run by.
- We hire from the panchayat first, and design work that suits people of every age.
- We establish local and buy local.
- Every property runs solar-first, treats its own wastewater, composts and, where it can, makes its own biogas.
- No guest data leaves the property to any cloud AI service; privacy is designed in under the DPDP Act.
- We coach every operator-partner toward running independently of every aggregator, including us.
