Bhargava Stays LLP has two Designated Partners: Rajeswar Nair and Priyamvadda Sawannt. Our Kerala properties are led on the ground by Syamalendu P., Kerala Head and operator-partner — a naturalist and photographer who lives and works in the region. The founders also run related real-estate and technology ventures through PRV Ventures LLP; those are sister companies, not subsidiaries of Bhargava Stays.

What we build with.
We build with an Indian maker of engineered modular structures, low-impact foundations developed with an academic lab, and biogas, composting and kitchen-automation systems that are under evaluation for specific properties. We name a supplier only once a deployment is running and they have agreed to be named.
