Regulatory status

Bhargava Stays LLP (LLPIN ACU-8839) is a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with limited liability. It develops and operates boutique hospitality properties. It does not accept deposits from the public, is not an Alternative Investment Fund, is not a non-banking financial company, and does not give investment advice. It does not sell units, memberships, stay plans or fractional interests in any property, and does not promise or project returns. It is not registered with, and is not regulated by, the Reserve Bank of India or the Securities and Exchange Board of India for any such activity. Nothing on this website is, or should be read as, an offer, invitation, solicitation or advertisement for the subscription or purchase of any security, unit, partnership interest, deposit or other financial product, in India or elsewhere. Capital for each property is arranged for that property alone, privately, with lenders and with partners admitted to that property's own limited liability partnership under individually negotiated, documented agreements. It is never offered to the public, and money for one property is not lent to, shared with or secured against any other. Any agreement with Bhargava Stays LLP or any of its properties is made privately, in writing, and signed by a Designated Partner. If anyone offers you a membership, a stay plan, units or a promised return in its name, or asks you to pay money through this website, it is not from us; please write to info@bhargavastays.com.

Privacy notice

What we collect and why. Your name, email address, and what you write in this form. We use it only to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to keep a record of it. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or advertising, and it is never used to train any AI model. It is held in our mailbox and sent through our email delivery provider; replies may be drafted with an AI assistant working under our provider's contract, and a person reviews every reply before it is sent. We keep it while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can ask to see, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@bhargavastays.com; you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. This notice is available in Malayalam or Marathi on request.

only what the contact form sends (name, email, topic, region if given, and your message). No cookies are set by us and there is no analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a bot check on the contact page that does not identify you.

Sharing
no sale or sharing with any other party. No cross-border transfer except as needed by those providers to deliver and hold the email.
Retention
while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
